  • To perform timely B2B&B2C service provisioning for new customers and change requests of existing customers.
  • To perform service Suspension and Reopen requests of Dunning activities to complete timely on the requests of Commercial teams.
  • To operate Automation RPA and monotoring the performance of Automation System and NMS Network
  • To perform trobleshooting on provisioning issue on the feedback of Construction LSP, Commercial teams and Technical teams.
  • To monitor and maintain performance stability of Provisioning Network and NMS System for timely support of B2B&B2C service provisioning processes.
  • To update database for B2B/B2C service information by using System base.
  • Cooperate to achieve provisioning KPI with respective Technical teams.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent field
  • Minimun 2 years experience on  networking filed/Provisioning field
  • Networking Skill (Associate level)
  • Data Analyst & Reporting
  • Understanding of TCP/IP Model and IPv4/IPV6
  • Understanding of Routing protocols and Switching technologies
  • Understanding of NMS System, service provisioning flow and workflow process
