Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Manager (Systems Integration), to oversee the planning, implementation, and management of technology systems within our healthcare organisation. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader responsible for ensuring the seamless integration of various healthcare IT systems, including Electronic Health Records (EHR), medical devices, and other clinical, financial and administrative applications. This role requires a strong understanding of healthcare workflows, a solid technical background in system integration, and a commitment to maintaining data quality, integrity, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities System Integration and Project Management: Lead and manage all phases of healthcare IT integration projects, from initial planning and design to implementation, testing, and deployment. This includes coordinating the integration of existing and new IT systems and devices (e.g., EHR, HIMS, LIMS, RIS/PACS, Drug Database, CDSS, Medical Devices, HIoT Devices, wearables, patient portals and mobile PHR, ERP, Payment Gateway, etc). Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with software and platform vendors, IT project and product teams, operational teams, healthcare professionals and clinical staff, and other stakeholders to understand business needs, translate clinical workflows into technical requirements, and deliver effective technology solutions. Technical Oversight: Provide technical expertise and guidance on system architecture, data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, DICOM), and integration methodologies (eg. API). Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to system interfaces and data flow. Compliance and Security: Ensure that all IT systems and integration projects adhere to healthcare regulations and security standards, including HIPAA/GDPR. Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive patient information. Team Leadership and Development: Develop, supervise and mentor a team of IT specialists and analysts, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and professional growth. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with technology vendors, ensuring that external support and services align with the organisation's strategic objectives. Manage the whole life cycle of the projects from requirement gathering, preparing requirements documents, negotiating with vendors, processing commercial contracts, monitoring progress and milestones and approving payments. Support and Training: Support end users during testing, deployment and go-live stage both on-premise and remote during and outside of normal operating business hours and coordinate with vendors to resolve outstanding issues. Develop and deliver training programs to ensure end-users are proficient with new technologies and system changes. Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of the organization's overall IT strategy, identifying opportunities to leverage new technologies to enhance patient care and operational efficiency through integrating certain data sets.
Purpose of Jobs Responsible for overseeing and optimizing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient processes, accurate inventory management, and compliance with safety and quality standards. Job Description To ensure accurate processes, proper material handling, and a safe working environment free from accidents. To handle stock keeping and issuing of goods to ensure accurate tracking and documentation of stock levels, supporting operational needs. To maintain compliance with ISO standards to ensure quality management practices and contribute to achieving warehouse goals and objectives. To collaborate with business units to identify opportunities for process improvements by using SAP. To manage monthly/annually cycle counting of inventory to maintain accurate stock levels and promptly identify any variances. To practice and improve safe warehouse procedures to enhance workplace safety, reduce risks, and standardize operations for greater efficiency and compliance. To monitor and resolve SAP process issues to ensure the uninterrupted flow of data and transactions, maintaining system reliability and operational continuity. To resolve errors in WMS or warehouse management system handheld devices by communicating with related Software Provider to minimize disruptions, improve data accuracy, and ensure seamless warehouse operations. To analyze data exported from SAP (monthly sales, consignments, loans, receiving, etc.) to gain insights for informed decision-making, optimize inventory management, and enhance overall operational performance.
To monitor and counter-check the daily route plan to ensure that the daily delivery plan is accurate and feasible, optimizing routes and schedules for efficiency. To supervise and counter-check the created On-fleet tasks and route optimization to verify that On-fleet tasks and route optimizations are correctly set up, ensuring that deliveries are planned for maximum efficiency and timeliness. To perform track the vehicle by Geotab and coordinate with team members for on time delivery to monitor vehicle locations and movements in real-time, coordinating with team members to ensure timely deliveries. To analyze the data from On-fleet and Geotab for failed & delayed delivery & pick-up tasks, ask the response from distribution representatives and plan for better results to identify and understand the causes of delivery failures and delays, gather feedback from distribution representatives, and develop strategies for improvement. To verify and approve the expense of distribution team and make payment to outsourced logistics provider for out of town delivered packages to manage and authorize distribution team expenses, ensuring proper financial control and timely payment to third-party logistics providers. To cooperate and coordinate with other related teams for better distribution outcomes to enhance distribution efficiency and effectiveness through seamless collaboration and coordination with other teams. To verify and approve the overtime and leave submissions to ensure accurate and fair management of overtime and leave requests, maintaining proper records and authorizations. To report fuel charges, prior quotation of outsourced services to choose right service provider and report cost of transportation with outsourced services to provide the Distribution Manager with detailed information on fuel and outsourced transportation costs for better budgeting and cost management. To drive & deliver the packages to customers/hospitals, collect cash from customers/hospitals in urgent situations to ensure timely delivery and cash collection during urgent situations, maintaining customer satisfaction and efficient financial operations.
