Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

• To the primary contact for customers regarding delivery status, requests, and inquiries.
• To receive, log, and coordinate delivery requests with operations and route planning teams.
• To record track, and monitor orders using CRM and delivery performance systems.
• To provide timely updates on ETAs, delays, and service issues in a professional manner.
• To support express and routine operations by prioritizing urgent requests appropriately.
• To maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service performance.
• To escalate issues or service risks to the Express Service Lead when required.
• To support additional responsibilities and flexible working hours as required to support operational needs.

Job Requirements

• Experience in customer service, coordination, or operations support roles.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle time-sensitive situations calmly.
• Basic understanding of delivery operations or logistics is preferred.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using systems, email, and basic reporting tools.
