• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or
related discipline).
• Minimum (5 to 8) years of relevant experience in MEP design coordination, preferably
with exposure to client-side or consultancy roles.
• Strong understanding of building services systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection,
electrical, ELV, etc.).
• Familiarity with relevant international codes and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, NEC/IEC,
ASME, ISO, local building codes, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to review design drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
• Experience in industrial, infrastructure, or large-scale property development projects
is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with designers, owners, and
operators.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in design review tools (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) is desirable.
