What we do

Born in Myanmar, Mr Serge Pun immigrated to Beijing in 1965 and subsequently to Hong Kong where in1983, after working in the property industry for many years, he founded the Serge Pun & Associates Group in Hong Kong as a real estate developer. In the early 1990’s Mr Pun and members of his family returned to Myanmar and founded SPA (Myanmar) Ltd. (“SPA”). Today there are 40 operating companies under SPA’s umbrella, including three flagship public companies – First Myanmar Investment Co., Ltd. (“FMI”), Yoma Strategic Holdings Ltd. (“Yoma Strategic”) and Memories Group Ltd. (“Memories”).

In 2015, FMI became the first company to list on the Yangon Stock Exchange with Yoma Strategic and Memories listing on the Singapore Stock Exchange in 2006 and 2018 respectively. Collectively the businesses focus on six key sectors, namely Real Estate, Financial Services, Healthcare, Consumer, Automotive & Heavy Equipment and Tourism. The Group also manages a portfolio of other investments.

Assist with development of Human Resource Information System (HRIS) mapping and testing of system integrations, ensure all errors are investigated and resolved. Develop user manual and end-user training on new processes and functionality as needed. Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users. Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and Prepares reports of data results. Other administrative tasks such as scheduling and documenting meetings, maintaining task logs. Performs other duties as assigned.
1) Work for various improvement projects for Yoma group entities 2) Plan, coordinate, and supervise all activities related to the design, development, and implementation of different organizational information systems and software applications. 3) Present visibility of projects pipeline and current status to management 4) Maintain, support and upgrade existing business systems and applications. 5) Assess different applications and technologies and prepare TCO for visibility and decision making 6) Manage different IT vendors to ensure that services meet business needs and help ensure proper contracts and pricing are in place.
· Troubleshoot incidents and provide resolution or escalate accordingly. . Proper Ticket handling for daily operation · Work with Application vendor companies in resolving tickets that have been escalated and proper follow up. . Develop comprehensive offline marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing goals. Define target audiences and determine the most effective channels and tactics to reach them. Create and manage offline marketing campaigns, including print advertising, direct mail, radio, television, outdoor advertising, and other traditional media. Coordinate with creative agencies and vendors as necessary. Plan, organize, and oversee events, trade shows, and exhibitions. Ensure seamless execution and representation of the company's brand at these events. Evaluate the effectiveness of each event. Collaborate with the design and content teams to create offline marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and promotional items. Manage the budget allocated for offline marketing initiatives. Monitor spending and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities in the offline marketing space. Utilize market research to identify opportunities and threats. Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure a consistent brand message across all marketing channels. Collaborate with merchant acquisition, campaign, creative, product management, and other departments. Measure and report on the performance of offline marketing campaigns. Use key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact on brand visibility and customer engagement.
Planning 1. Conducting market research. This includes identifying industry trends, understanding competitor strategies, and uncovering potential opportunities for merchant acquisition. 2. Identify potential merchants that align with the company’s business model and acquisition plan. 3. Prepare potential merchants list by categories for effective sales operation. 4. Find out the merchants’ related information (brand popularity and reputation, customer base, number of branches, products/services of merchants, etc.) when preparing the potential merchant list. 5. Prepare a Sales Route Plan for day-to-day merchant acquisition and onboarding activities. Implementation 1. Acquire and onboard new merchants as per sales targets by following departmental policies and procedures. 2. Able to work actively to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets. 3. Visit territories to carry out the research (Emergence of new merchants, market situations, etc.), and build and maintain relationships with merchants. 4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with the merchants. (This includes regular communication to ensure their needs are being met, addressing any issues or concerns on time, and providing support to help them maximize their partnership with Pocket .) 5. Work closely with other team members to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales operations. 6. Attend the functional meetings, merchant meetings, and training sessions as required. 7. Collect market information and competitors’ activities. 8. Collect feedback and suggestions from merchants to improve Pocket’s quality of service. 9. Carry out the tasks assigned by the Head of Merchant Acquisition. 10. Implement the duties and any other tasks assigned by the management if required. Controlling 1. Manage and support the merchants in the assigned sales area. 2. Keep a record of the proper usage of marketing materials 3. Able to identify operational issues and provide suitable solutions. Reporting 1. Submit Field Sales Reports (Merchant Acquisition and Onboarding Activities, Target Vs vs. achievement, merchants’ feedback and competitors’ activities in the market) to the Head of Partnership on a daily basis. 2. Provide merchant and operational-related information and suggestions to the Head of Merchant Acquisition for continuous operation improvement.
-Performs work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards. -Tests components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment. -Diagnoses, maintains, and repairs vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electronics, suspension, chassis, and brakes. -Communicates directly with the Service Advisor and Manager so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. -Executes repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications. -Executes installation of a variety of accessories (OEM and Aftermarket) efficiently and in a professional manner.
