A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

Assist with development of Human Resource Information System (HRIS) mapping and testing of system integrations, ensure all errors are investigated and resolved.
Develop user manual and end-user training on new processes and functionality as needed.
Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users.
Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and Prepares reports of data results.
Other administrative tasks such as scheduling and documenting meetings, maintaining task logs.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field required.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in related job role. Prefer with strong experience in HR related Software.
·Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Power BI and the ability to create charts, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Good communication and negotiation skill
Must ave business communication in both Myanmar and English.
