An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Coordinate the timely, accurate processing of documentation and customs clearance duties, in accordance with Union Power Logistics quality procedures.
Coordinate the timely and accurate processing, issuing and distribution of shipping documentation and customs paperworks.
Ensure timely reports to Sales and Marketing Department for daily job progress.
Maintain regular contacts with service suppliers and review the quality of work carried out and to report unacceptable quality or performance to the Supervisor, Documentation.

Job Requirements

Experience in an international company environment would be an asset.
Able to work in a stressful environment.
Team Oriented (Team Player)
Familiar with word processing, spreadsheet systems, preferably MS Word/Excel.
Proven administrative skills.
