Job Description

  • Must be able to manage Operation Staff and Customs Clearance Supervisor under it.
  • Follow company procedures and process.
  • Must have good relations with customs officer.
  • Be perform connect between company and customs.
  • Problems that may arise during Customs Clearance must be resolved immediately.
  • Be responsible for procedures related to Customs Clearance.
  • Must be able to resolve errors related to Maccs Clearance Data Entry.
  • Be able to follow the rules and regulations of company.
  • Collaborate with other departments of the company.
  • Must be able to handle all shipping line issues except clearance process.
  • According to the ISO Management System, Flow Charts and Guidelines must be strictly followed

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required
  • Be holder of Custom authorized broker card (yellow card)
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant work experience in the industry
  • Keen attention to detail and an aptitude for problem solving
  • Able to work independently with little supervision
  • Highly motivated with a strong work ethic

  • Must be able to travel - local cities if necessary
