Job Description

Main Duties and Responsibilities

1. Responsible for administrative support to students and lecturers such as coordinating industry field trips, workshop, monitor students' attendance, prepare result slips, payment reminders, materials as necessary
2. Oversee the activities for student organisations, clubs and associations
3. Oversee publicity for Student Life and the related activities
4. Conduct Student Affairs orientation briefing for full-time new students
5. Oversee the loan of equipment and materials, library/resource and lockers rental
6. Participate in marketing activities such as exhibition, seminars and more.
7. Involve in operation activities of the school such as classroom planning and management,, maintenance of building, improvement of facilities and providing IT support .
8. Ensure smooth and effective execution of service delivery in the assigned school. Committed to quality service in a performance-orientated environment.
9. Update and maintain student data in proprietary data management system

Requirements

Min Education Qualification

Degree in any discipline

Min Years of Experience

At least 5 years of working experience in a similar capacity

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• Strong administrative and communication skills
• Strong interest in developing academic
• Ability to coordinate and focus in a challenging environment
• Well groomed and presentable.
• A team player and prepared to work long hours
• Hard working and result-oriented.
• Good interpersonal skill.

Other Requirements

• Experience working with students (Local & International)
• Able to work shifts & weekends
• Local resident with proficiency in written and spoken English
