• Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication
• Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
• Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
• Develop and maintain a filing system
• Order office supplies
• Book travel arrangements for senior managers and field engineers
• Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
• Take accurate minutes of meetings
• Coordinate repairs to office equipment
• Photocopy and print out documents on behalf of other colleagues
• Manage petty cash allocation of the department

Job Requirements

• Any Graduate.
• Must have one year experience in admin field.
• Proficient in MS Office, Power Point, Internet and Email.
• Fluent in English both oral and written communication skills.
• Good organizational skills, management skills and problem solving skills.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
