- Office Equipment မ်ာကို၀ယ္ယူျခင္း၊ ျပင္ဆင္ျခင္းျပဳသည္႕အခါတိုင္း မွတ္တမ္းတင္ထားရွိျခင္း။
- ရံုးတြင္း၊ ျပင္သန္႕ရွင္းေရးမ်ားအပတ္စဥ္(သို႕) အခါအားေလ်ာ္စြာစစ္ေဆးျခင္း။
- ၀န္ထမ္းမ်ား Expenses ကိုေလ်ာ႕ခ်သံုးစြဲလာႏိုင္ေအာင္ စနစ္တက်ထိန္းသိမ္းေပးျခင္း၊
