Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

- Planning, scheduling and coordinating all the preventive maintenance and repair work
- Allocate people in different projects according to their capability
- Lead, train and develop skills of the subordinates to get optimum quality, performance and productivity
- Assist Chief Engineer in installation and maintenance of the architectural, mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ensure that building structures and all mechanical and electrical systems are in good and safe conditions.
- Ensure that engineering team uses equipment safely and efficiently to avoid accidents.
- Mange all expenses within the allotted budget.
- Communicate overall condition of engineering systems to Chief Engineer on regular basis

- BE or A.G.T.I (EP/MP) with at least 3 years experience as Senior Engineer role.
