# Monitoring & Controlling of all production activities in the plant, manufacturing distribution transformers
#To achieve production targets as per plan.
# To coordinate with design, QA, testing & purchase to resolve issues related to manufacturing.
# Planning of subcomponents, consumables, man power& machinery to execute day to day functions.
# Optimum utilization of Manpower, Machinery and other resources
#Continual improvements in Production i.e. Productivity, Quality & Multi Skill development.
#Ensuring systems of QMS, EMS and responsible for the smooth functioning of all the systems and documentation.
#Responsible for Budget Preparation for Annual Business Plan and Framing of Internal Objectives and strive to achieve them in concurrence with subordinates and their involvements.

Job Requirements

# Proven working experience as an Assistant Production Manager or supervisor

#Experience in Design, Quality& Manufacturing practices of the products.

# Experience in Lean Manufacturing concepts to improve the Productivity.

#Good communication skills required for coordinating with Internal and external customers.
