DUTIES OF THE ASSISTANT TO BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

- Translation
o Translate all Burmese communication (written and oral)
o Attend meetings (external and internal) along with the Business Development Director

- Organization / administration
o Organization of meetings
o Organization of travels (visa application, tickets and hotel booking…)
o Handle the accounting processes related to the department expenses (request quotes, follow-up the budget, edit purchase orders…)

- Commercial follow-up
o Follow-up specific commercial subjects/actions that will be under the responsibility of the Business Development Director

EXPERTISE

- Experience in an international group is strongly desirable
- Bilingual French
- Good level of English
