Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

1. Contribution to Auston’s brand identity and value proposition
o Support Auston’s management team in the definition of school’s value proposition and brand identity
o Ensure that all marketing material produced and used by the school reflects the brand identity and its value proposition across all stakeholders (students, education partners, Corporate partners, staff, investors)
o Follow-up on the evolution of the value proposition and ensure that the marketing materials are updated
2. Creative conceptualization and graphic design production
o Assess all Auston’s online and offline marketing material requirements, including branding awareness, sales & partnership collaterals, events and marketing campaigns
o With or without the support of a copywriter, conceptualize the overall marketing material required for the needs of the school
o Submit graphic design requirements to WSE Digital Marketing Manager graphic design team and comment on output until satisfactory designs are produced
o When required, work in collaboration with marketing agencies to conceptualize and produce marketing material


3. Marketing campaigns planning, creation and support
o Plan Auston’s Marketing campaigns to invite prospect students or their parents at the school and/or at the school events
o Work in partnership with WSE Digital Marketing Manager to create online and offline channels / display for marketing campaigns
o Monitor the effectiveness of the marketing campaigns and define content adjustments as required
4. Marketing material management
o On top of defining the marketing needs for the creative assets / collaterals, identify the needs for events production material or equipment
o Submit clear marketing material production or acquisition requirements in terms of quality, quantity and timelines to the Finance team for procuring the marketing material
o Work collaboratively with the Finance team to discuss any clarification needed with respect to the requisitions made
o Manage the marketing material storage, inventory, distribution and replenishment
5. Events planning and execution
o Identify in advance the events that Auston should participate to
o Engage with the event organizers to select the booth(s) that would provide the best value for money for the school
o Manage all the organization for the event in collaboration with WSE event management team
o Work in collaboration with WSE Direct Sales Force (DSF) Manager to access some workforce support to engage with the prospects at the events
o Define the needs and make clear request to the other functions of the school to participate at the events
o Establish a clear leads collection procedure and ensure that the leads are properly entered in the CRM for follow-up by the Sales function
o Ensure that the events equipment is safely stored and reusable for future events
6. Sales training support
o Produce effective sales collaterals and educate the Sales team about Auston’s value proposition whenever needed
o Participate to Sales training organized by the management
o Collect feedback from the Sales team about the sales collaterals and continuously update, adapt and improve the material
7. Assist a digital marketing transformation program
o Support the cross functional and cross organization effort to design and deploy a state of the art technology ecosystem driving business performance for Auston
