- ဘဏ္တစ္ခုခ်င္းအလိုက္ ခ်မွတ္ေပးထားသည့္ Target ျပည့္မီေစေရးအတြက္ မိမိေဒသ၊ ဘဏ္ခြဲႏွင့္ လိုက္ေလ်ာညီေထြရွိမည့္ Target Plan အားခ်မွတ္ျခင္း။
- ဘဏ္ႏွင့္ဆက္သြယ္သည့္ Customer မ်ားအားအေကာင္းဆုံး ၀န္ေဆာင္မႈေပးႏိုင္ ေအာင္ စီစဥ္ေဆာင္ရြက္ျခင္း။
- ဘဏ္လုပ္ငန္းမ်ား(အပ္ေငြ၊ ေခ်းေငြ၊ ေငြလႊဲ)စဥ္ဆက္မျပတ္တိုးတက္ရရွိေအာင္ ေဆာင္ ရြက္ျခင္း။
- ဘဏ္ခြဲရွိ လက္ရွိ Customer မ်ားအား ထိန္းသိမ္းျခင္းႏွင့္ Customer အသစ္မ်ား ရရွိေအာင္ ေဆာင္ရြက္ျခင္း။
- စံခ်ိန္မီေသာ ေခ်းေငြမ်ားရရွိေအာင္ေဆာင္ရြက္ျခင္းႏွင့္ NPL ျဖစ္ေပၚႏိုင္မည့္/ ျဖစ္ေပၚေန
ေသာ ေခ်းေငြမ်ားအား ေလ့လာေစာင့္ၾကည့္သုံးသပ္ျခင္း။
- ဘဏ္လုပ္ငန္းမ်ားေဆာင္ရြက္ရာတြင္ဗဟိုဘဏ္မွထုတ္ျပန္ထားသည့္ ညႊန္ၾကားခ်က္မ်ား ၊ ဘဏ္မွထုတ္ျပန္ထားသည့္ ညႊန္ၾကားခ်က္မ်ားႏွင့္အညီ ေဆာင္ရြက္ျခင္း။
- ဘဏ္လုပ္ငန္းမ်ားေအာင္ျမင္ေစရန္အတြက္ရုံးခ်ဳပ္ ဌာနမ်ားႏွင့္ ပူးေပါင္းေဆာင္ရြက္ျခင္း။
- ဘဏ္ခြဲ၏ ၀င္ေငြႏွင့္အသုံးစရိတ္မ်ားအား တာ၀န္ခံျခင္း။

- တကၠသိုလ္တစ္ခုခုမွ ဘြဲ႕ရရွိသူျဖစ္ရမည္။
- ဘဏ္လုပ္ငန္းအေတြ႕အႀကံဳ အနည္းဆုံး (၈)ႏွစ္ရွိရမည္ျဖစ္ၿပီး ဒုတိယဘဏ္ခြဲ တာ၀န္ခံအျဖစ္ တာ၀န္ထမ္းေဆာင္ခဲ့ဖူးသူျဖစ္ရမည္။
- ေပါင္းသင္းဆက္ဆံေရး ေကာင္းမြန္သူျဖစ္ရမည္။
- ျပႆနာမ်ားအား ေကာင္းမြန္စြာကိုင္တြယ္ေျဖရွင္းႏိုင္သူျဖစ္ရမည္။
- Miscrosoft office series က်ြမ္းက်င္စြာ ကိုင္တြယ္အသုံးျပဳႏိုင္သူျဖစ္ရမည္။
