Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

- Update daily call backs and report to supervisor
- Compile the list of EI government licenses
- Monitoring of CPSI and non-compliance (NC); and making sure that all
actions items are closed by respective supervisors/ technicians
- Inform the service schedule to customers on a monthly basis by email or by
post
- Make the calls for customer surveys and compile the list and support to CE
(customer excellent) team
- Support to technicians for necessary documents such as call back forms,
safety documents, etc.
- Receive and dispatch customer calls timely
- Prepare NI-EI internal handover units list for operation team for preparation of
service schedule (weekly)
- Update unit information files with supervisor for newly handed over units
- Any other jobs assigned by superior

Job Requirements

-Degree in Engineering or related disciplines
-Minimum of 3 years of relevant industry or customer service experience
-Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
-Good English Skill (Both written and spoken)
-Self-motivated and dynamic.
-Understanding of customer services.
-Good organizational and multi-tasking skills.
-Good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
-Eager to learn and strong drive for achievement
-Able to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced working environment
