Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

-Communicate and work with HR and finance director to manage all financial and business planning activities, including:
- Direct and administer all financial plans,
- Review and analyze financial reports,
- Lead and support organizational budgeting process.
- Oversee reporting and monitoring of organizational performance metrics,
- manage for HR functions such as recruitment, hiring, and compensation, benefits administration, Retention strategies and, training and development.
- manage other functions like business insurance: procurement, monitoring and management,
- Direct and participate in acquisition and growth activities to support overall business objectives and plans in order to develop the activities.
- Organizational reporting and monitoring by providing guidance and leadership through management of the Group metrics and measurement reporting process,
- Office management and administrative functions.

Job Requirements

- MBA graduated
- Strong operational experience in Telecommunications
- At least 10+ years senior management experience in organization with 5 years’ experience in operational/administrative management.
