- Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business operations objectives.
-• Function as a strategic business advisor to the executive/senior management of each business unit or specialty group regarding key organizational and management issues.
-• Work with the firm's executive management to establish a sound plan of management succession that corresponds to the strategy and objectives of the firm.
-• Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet the human capital needs of strategic goals.
-• Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and cost-effective for the firm.
-• Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function by overseeing talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, compensation and benefits, CSR plan and activities.
-• Provide day-to-day leadership and management to a service organization that mirrors the adopted mission and core values of the company.
-• Responsible for driving the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives.
-• Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all processes internal and external. Provides timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the company.
-• Spearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.
-• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of our organization.
-• Motivate and lead a high performance management team; attract, recruit and retain required members of the executive team not currently in place; provide mentoring as a cornerstone to the management career development program.
-• Act as lead change agent transforming through business context and outcomes.
-• Assist, as required, in raising additional capital at appropriate valuations to enable the Company to meet sales, growth, and market share objectives.

-• To assist the Sales & Marketing and to Strategic Management of Human Resource and Administration

- Minimum 5+ years’ of working experience in Chief Operation Officer .
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA or MSC(HR) degree from an accredited college/university.
- SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification or SPHRi Certified Professionals.
- Smart Business English is a must.
