Edify is looking for a COO for one of the largest manufacturing companies in Myanmar, the role will be to shadow the current COO for a year to two years so a full knowledge transfer process can be completed. This role is to replace the current COO and so comes with a lot of responsibilities.
The company manufactures, distributes and sells car parts throughout Myanmar and is the market leader. The role will require the successful candidate to be resilient, organized, willing to learn and most of all committed.
This is a great opportunity to be trained by the best professional in their field, learn and be brought up tp the standard required.

Job Requirements

Educated to a degree level – preferably a masters in engineering or business management
At least 10 years experience in high level positions
Experience in the manufacturing industry
Stakeholder management
An understanding of the car parts industry
Engineering experience or background would be useful
Overseas experience would be a benefit
English fluency is essential and Burmese would be useful
