Job Summary:

To review business plan in order to achieve targets and business objectives respectively while working with sales and marketing team. To develop marketing events and activities in collaboration with clients to achieve business targets within an allocated budget.

Responsible for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing activities/efforts as well as recommendations/ improvements.

Leading a dedicated team of Asst. Sales Manager (ASM), Sales Supervisor (SVs), Sales Representative (SR) to achieved desired sales and distribution.

Job Requirements

- Any Degree holder, MBA is preferable
- Have an experience of eight to 10 years in Consumer Goods industry
- Working knowledge of consumer and trade marketing
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical capabilities
