* Manage strategy and communication for Frontline Stores Rewards loyalty program. Develop communication plans and promotional schedules.* The Associate will drive strategic test and learn innovation, and scale the successes into systemic best practice* Manages weekly, monthly, quarterly and reporting, forecasting & analytics to help drive short term and longer term data driven business strategies* Collaborate with brand marketing and insight team to develop and implement strategies for customer segmentation/personalization models and audiences* Conceptualize and work with cross-functional teams to bring to market programs that identify and engage customers based on insights and consumer behaviorProvides spend recommendations based on channel performance data
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Economics (preferred)* 2-4 years experience with CRM programs that emphasize segmented and personalized campaigns* Ability to influence, work collaboratively, and gain consensus amongst peers and leadership* Must be flexible, collaborative, and has excellent relationship building skills* Excellent time management, organizational, planning and project management skills.
