Job Description

• Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty.
• Developing the CRM platform structure and architecture ensuring it works seamlessly across the organization and captures all required information along the sales funnel.
• Making sure the customer database is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities.
• Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company.
• Development of testing strategies to guarantee the most efficient approach for the organization and its customers.
• Overseeing direct communications with customers through the CRM.
• Monitor and maximize customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability.
• Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities.
• Developing testing strategies for all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effective approach for the company and its products.
• Responsible for retention campaigns, from conceptualization through to post-event analysis. This includes coming up with creative ideas, proposal preparation, overseeing the production process, overseeing execution, and reporting back results.
• Detailed understanding of how CRM databases work, and be able to use them strategically to deliver business value including the necessary budgeting and forecasting.

Job Requirements

• Excellent communication skills as you must speak with clients, employees, and customers.
• Team working and leadership skills; you’ll be in charge of a team which means you need to guide employees in the right direction, create new strategies and stay on top of the administration side of things.
• Commercial awareness. A CRM Executive must know his/her target market well and have the ability to create campaigns that grab the attention of customers and solves their problems.
• Top quality analytical skills. A big part of your job involves gathering and analyzing data to help you understand your customer base and coming up with suggestions for improving the existing strategy.
• The ability to meet tight deadlines and outstanding time management skills.
