Job Description:

Tenoit (Myanmar) is looking for a Customer Service Representative who is able to effectively solve customer issues, complaints and inquiries and keeping in mind that the customer’s satisfaction is the core of every decision and behavior.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the inbound and outbound calls/chats/emails in a professional and timely manner.
• Identify customer’s needs, clarify information and research every issue to provide solutions.
• Attend mandatory training sessions to stay updated on the product or company policy changes.
• Use company policies to determine if there can be an immediate resolution to a customer issue or if that issue requires managerial input.

Job Requirements

Position requirement:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good communication and coordination skill both Myanmar and English
• Basic IT knowledge
• Ability to multi-task and work a flexible schedule (night shift) when needed
• Preferably a person who can communicate in either of the listed languages: Thai/Chinese/Vietnamese/Indonesian
Require to work in shifts
