• To make sure all vehicle are clean exterior and interior every time( Ready to Rent)
• To make sure daily vehicle check are happening at all time before deliver to customer such as Tire PSI, Engine fluid,
• To Make sure yearly RTA renewal are arrange in advance and budget plan, men power are plan in advance.
• To make name change process if needed are well manage and control to make sure vehicle are legally own by Yoma Fleet to maintain company access.
• Create and follow up for all necessary special project, monthly, weekly and daily check are happening every time. Such as weekly Greasing or Air cleaner cleaning project.
• Set up and follow up for daily, weekly and monthly check are happening according to plan.
• To make sure Fire Extinguisher, First Aid Kid, Yoma Fleet Sticker and Floor Mat,GPS, Canopy, Tow Bar, Modification to fix according to yoma fleet proper standard.
• Daily offline report to report daily basic to inform to Maintenance Controller.
• To help and assist Branch Manager and Operation Manager to make sure daily operation are smoothly happening and to keep proper record.
• Keep proper record and document handling.
• Controlling weekly petty cash flow and expenses and report and request regularly and timely.
• Record properly all vehicle movement.
• Payment Follow with customer and received.
• Contacting with customer and follow up for reservation.
• It is important that to make sure Regular maintenance are following up when service due.
• Make sure daily vehicle utilization are follow up and keep an eye very closely any offline vehicle.

Job Requirements

o A great attitude that exudes professionalism, ethics, and a genuine desire to make good things happen.
o A Myanmar valid Class D (Brown) driving license, with a good accident free record.
o Experience with delivering customer service.
o English language and basic computer skills.
o A Class E (Red) Myanmar driving license or the desire to get one.
o Some advanced computer skills and a desire to use a GPS.
o Customers that think you are wonderful.
o The ability to solve customer service issues quickly and fully.
