- Verify the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data.
- Enter data and other information into computers.
- Assemble or prepare charts, graphs, tables and other depictions of data, surveys, and findings.
- Assessing the quality of data and reporting to Application Support Team Supervisor, if necessary.
- Proper and timely entry and compilation of data.
- Ensure regularly and timely reporting of information to IT Manager.
- Assistant the application supervisor and other staffs in data, collection, management and report.
- Provide support and conduct, when requested, training to staff on data management.
- Other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

- Applicants should have minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree
- Experience in followings:
- SQL servers and other database systems
- Any SQL and other query language skills
- Analytical software
- Data analysis techniques and advanced Excel
- Hold certification from Computer Training Centre.
- Good practical skills and experiences, good communications and cooperation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to situations as required.
- The person should be tolerant and flexible to work overtime as per project requirements.
- Ability to analyze data and provide detailed, thought –through conclusions and suggestions.
- Knowledge of Point of Sale, ERP systems.
