- Achieve the sales target as set by the CEO- Ensure all KPIs are met that concern Sales, Student support and care- Manage your diary ensuring that all necessary phone calls and appointments are carried out on time- Provide reports relating to your activity and sales progress to CEO and Senior Staff- Update the sales customer relationship management system in and accurate and reliable manner to ensure good contact management- Deal with any issues or problems that may arise and ensure these are addressed to student’s satisfaction- Keeping abreast of all new products or changes related to the courses. Attending any training sessions assigned to you as part of your learning and development- Responsible for the overall look and feel of the Centre ensuring it is warm, welcoming, tidy and clean- Identify key areas for improvement and implement the necessary changes- Monitor student satisfaction levels and address issues before they become problems- Provide timely and accurate reports to Senior Staff- Identify the need of student and build productive long lasting relationships- Maintain and expand sales & customer database within assigned territory

Job Requirements
- Understanding of core sales principles: sales pipeline, forecasts, planning and techniques- Understanding of sales experience within education sector is preferable but not a must- Background within service sector is advantageous- Service orientated- 2+ years sales experience- Fluency in written and spoken Myanmar and English- Strong MS Office skills including PowerPoint, Word, Excel
