Develop, implement and fine-tune HR policies for the company. Overlook the smooth functioning of HR Information System through effective and efficient supervision Manage the Time & Attendance (T & A) system. Identifying training & development needs within the organization. Manage the performance management system of the company. Plan and organize staff engagement activities Maintains administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating,coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures. Provides communication systems by identifying needs; evaluating options; maintaining equipment; approving invoices. Purchases printed materials and forms by obtaining requirements; negotiating price, quality, and delivery; approving invoices. Completes special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results.
Bachelor’s degree in Management/ MBA/or similar professional qualification Diploma in Human Resource Management Age must be between 30 ~ 40 Over 5 years experience in Management level Strong in Manpower Planning, Recruiting & Sourcing Plan Effective Employees recruitment and selection process Good in communication Skill, Presentation skill & Coordination skills Fluent in English (4 skills) & strong in Computer skills Understanding in HR government rules and regulation Able to deal with local government office. Ability to work effectively and proven ability to work under pressure.
