RESPONSIBILITIES• Call shortlisted candidates and arrange for interview and send invitation to all interview panel.• Assist in preparing for orientation, on-boarding, documenting, other necessary arrangements for successful candidates.• Inform respective Line Manager/Branch Managers for arrival of new employees.. • Prepare employment contract and share it with new employees, collect signed signature on their first day with DAWN• Collect all required documents (CV, NRC copy, Photo, personal information, list of family member etc.) from new employees.• Make sure timesheets and leave forms are submitted regularly, update timesheet tracking and leave tracking regularly• Submit monthly leave tracking, monthly time sheet submission, and staff update information to Head Office.• Assist HR Generalist for Performance Evaluation Process whenever necessary• Keep all employees personal files systematically and make sure to update information as necessary.• Collect medical expenses, reunification expenses in a monthly basis and check according to the eligibility, contract length and remaining balance.• Perform other duties, as and when requested.
PERSON SPECIFICATIONS• A Bachelor Degree is required. Diploma in HRM is a plus.• At least one years’ experience in Human Resource Management is required, preferable with international organizations.• Good in written and spoken English.• High sense of personal integrity, discretion and good judgment• Ability to take initiative.• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.• Excellent computer and Microsoft Office (word, excel and PowerPoint) skills • Commitment to work as a team member at team.• Ability and willingness to travel when required.
