Job Descriptions

• Record all staff Leave
• Check and propose all Leave, Late summary list.
• Calculate and propose the Social Security Board, GPF and Insurance.
• Calculate and propose leave and late for bonus, Driver Maintenance, Day/Night Duty, Project Meal Allowance and Over Time
• Record and Propose Monthly Income Tax with Salary.
• Arrange Life Insurance and calculate performance pay.
• Arrange Monthly Attendance list from finger print Machine and send e-mail to projects' HR staff
• Calculate and check OT Requisition Forms and Over Time charges.
• Prepare and propose HR punishment cases according to Leave and Late Disciplines.
• Organize monthly salary calculation process.
• Participate to Inspection to Staff and Securities at H.O, all Projects.
• Perform other activities as directed by Human Resource Department Head.

• Any Graduate with HR Certificate
• Ability to use MS Office (Words, Excel, Power Point) Internet & Email
• Ability to communicate intermediate in English.
• Ability to keep effective under stressful work conditions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal staff.
• Self-Motivated, Team Work and can stay in project area
