-Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records-Processing payroll, which includes ensuring vacation and sick time are tracked in the system-payroll facilitating resolutions to any payroll errors-Participating in benefits tasks, such as claim resolutions, reconciling benefits statements, and approving invoices for payment-Maintaining current HR files and databases-Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions-Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintainedPerforming payroll/benefit-related reconciliationsPerforming payroll and benefits audits and recommending any correction actionCompleting termination paperwork and assisting with exist interviews
-Fresh Graduated or 1 year experience in Payroll and HR field-Willing to learn new thing -Enjoy with new challenging -Can handle multi tasks -Good in leadership and communication -Good in English ( Writing, speaking and listening) -Good to work as team-Male is preferable because I need someone who can going out.
