Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

To lead the overall Human Resources and Administrative work of the company and to give good advise and consult to Management on all HR policies.

1. Recruiting and selection -
Determining present needs, preparing job descriptions, recruiting and interviewing the candidates, and analyzing the long-range needs, helping management explore more cost-effective staffing
alternatives such as cross-training current staff.

2. Compensation and benefits -
Establishing and maintaining pay and fringe benefit levels. Assisting in controlling costs by developing a compensation plan that will balance the needs of employees with the needs of resources
of the company.

3. Manage payroll and social security payments.

4. Performance Appraisal -
Evaluating employee's job performance against set standards, providing feedback on performance and taking action to correct poor performance. Use performance appraisal to determine
individual training needs and development goals and make decisions about promotions, lay-off and pay increases.

5. Good employee relationship.

Job Requirements

- At least 3 years experiences in HR field.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Strong Knowledge about all of HR functions.
- Any Graduate. (MBA prefer)
