Requirement

1/ HR Manager with well-known conglomerate in Yangon
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development, preferred in MBA.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in management role
• Matured and able to provide sound and balanced advice in team-based environment able to work to tight reporting deadlines
• Proficient in Myanmar Labor Law and Foreign Investment law Labor requirements
• Strong leader who is able to work well with other functional departments
• Good communication skills- able to effectively communication with senior Management and staff at the lower level
• Must be fluent in English Language
• Location: Bahan Township

2/ HR Manager with one of the renowned city bus Operation Company in Yangon
• Degree in Human Resources
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in management role.
• Strong understanding of the Myanmar labour laws and Regulations.
• Strong leader who is able to motivate and inspire his Team to achieve their targets and team player, able to work well with other functional department
• Good communication skills – able to effectively communicate with Senior Management and staff at the lower level.
• Location: Kamayut and Mingalardon
