A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

• Prepare and control HR Budget based on the business plan.
• Manage full recruitment and selection process to hire talent employees, conduct Orientation Program and co-operate with Training & Development section to build stronger organization.
• Review and update Human Resource Policies and Procedure to comply with Government Law (as needed).
• Manage all employment process such as making Employment Contract, Employee Evaluation, Confirmation, Resignation, Termination and staff welfare.
• Implement Salary Increment and Bonus system together with C&B section, Performance Management System and Reward & Recognition Program.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly HR reports with required analysis.

Job Requirements

• Any graduate (prefer MBA or diploma in Human Resource Management)
• At least (7/5) years’ experience in HR field
• Computer proficient in Microsoft Office (prefer Advance Excel Certificated)
• Understand Work Ethic and ability to work with mutual respect
• Able manage the Team effectively & efficiently to support the operation as a business partner
