Job Scope:
Manage all aspects of Human resources department function to include recruitment, labor law, all related matters in the companies IFM and RSM business lines to include catering, cleaning, laundry, QHSE, HR/ADM (staff recruitment, staff training), cost control, security, procurement and logistics, camp maintenance, etc.
Must guarantee work in accordance with our Services Standard with methods of Professionalization, Standardization, Procedure and humanization.

Job Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience as an HR Practitioner, providing advise and guidance to senior managers.
• Experience across all areas of HR including, but no limited to, Recruitment and Selection, Performance Management, Employee Engagement.
• Fluent in English and Myanmar with excellent communication skills both oral and written.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Demonstrated customer service orientation.
• The ability to effectively manage competing priorities.
• A motivated individual who is results oriented.
