The HSE Trainer who can deliver HSE related courses.
·         Should have working experience in below.
o   HSE Supervisor/Manager/Auditor
o   Preferred to have Telecom HSE (Rigger/Tower Climbing/Tower Construction/Rooftop/Outside Plant)
·         Candidates should have a degree and an internationally recognized safety certificate
·         Candidates should ideally have at least 1 years of HSE training experience and working for major contractors on
large infrastructure projects.
·         Knowledge and compliance of all applicable HSE policies, regulations, and laws, accident prevention, First Aid/CPR,
health hazards, Telecommunication and other industry-specific health and safety topics(Like: Traffic/Road/Vehicle
safety, Electrical safety, Radiation safety, Work at height safety, Excavation safety, Fire safety etc.).
·         Knowledge of Prepare HSE training programs and Organize HSE training programs for weekly/Monthly/Yearly basis.
·         Train and educate new and existing employees in a particular company or various companies.
·         Determine training needs for employees and develop best practices for recertification and length of programming.
·         Research and understand new training programs and materials.
·         Improve and adapt existing training programs for delivery and efficiency.
·         Retrain employees when company best practices are updated.
·         Maintain organized training records for new and existing employees and ensure they are updated as required.
·         Strong communication and computer skills to deliver training of various media levels, which may include books,
slideshows, computers programs and tutorials, classroom presentations and presentations to large groups.
·         Enthusiasm and adaptability to engage a variety of audiences during training sessions.
·         Ability to administer and evaluate students and candidates for practical and theoretical knowledge retention.
·         Demonstrate the highest levels of environmental health and safety.
·         Able to travel extensively as required to provide training to individuals, groups and companies.
