We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our rapidly growing IT management team. In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs and timelines. You will supervise the implementation and maintenance of our company's computing needs.

• Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers etc.)
• Make sure CCTV, Finger print devices and door locks are working properly.
• Analyze the network and set the bandwidth according to user levels.
• Repairing and troubleshooting all the IT products.
• Responsible purchasing and inquiring price on any it products like laptops, desktops, printers, cctv, servers or any IT related product.
• Inquiring info or solving any problem of ISP issue.
• Check computer hardware (HDD, mouses, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality
• Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications
• Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance
• Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
• Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule
• Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders
• Assist personnel with installation, configuration and ongoing usability of system hardware and software
• Offer daily operations and systems support to personnel
• Verify functionality of hardware and software components
• Assist employees with computer problems and answer their questions
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely and via phone

• Proven working experience as an IT manager or relevant experience
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
• Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
• Preferable skills of Firewall, Port Forwarding, Linux, VPN
• Other skills such as Networking, Routing, Switching, Desktop Supporting, Window System are required
