Junior Recruitment Consultant

An executive search and recruitment firm based in Yangon Myanmar that specialises in mid-senior level positions across all of the main industry sectors is currently looking for the above-mentioned position. They work with a number of local, international and JV Company’s, finding talent from across the globe to suit every skill set and experience required.
They are currently looking for full-time junior consultants to join the already existing team here in Yangon. The responsibilities of this role are to assist the account managers in their day to day responsibilities. There will be training provided on the job to learn the ins and outs of the recruitment industry here in Myanmar. This role will require hard work and resilience as you will need to learn a lot of skills in a short space of time. The opportunity to be promoted to a senior recruiter will depend on the results and effort put into the day to day responsibilities.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities;

• Assist account managers in their day to day activities
• Search for suitable candidates through different methods
• Assist in the interviewing of relevant candidates to open positions
• Assist in the selection process and giving feedback to the candidates
• Managing applications for advertised positions and getting back to every applicant
• Attending networking events and helping promote the company

Requirements;

• Educated to a degree level in business/HR or a related field
• Excellent communication skills were written and spoken in English and Burmese
• Excellent organisational skills
• Personable
