Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Conduct employee onboarding and help plan training & development
Assist to design and expand training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual
Provide support to employees in various HR and Admin related topics
Deal with employee requests regarding HR and Admin issues, rules, and regulations
Assist daily in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (attendance, absences, leaves, etc)
Accomplishes human resources department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Job Requirements

Any Graduate; prefer in professional certificate
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR and Administration
Strong understanding of and the ability to interpret and action labor laws.
Intelligent, motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and work ethic
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
High level verbal and written communications skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Proficiency in English
