Job Function: Managing the logistics desk for a busy international company

• Management of operations, including scheduling and team deployment.
• Software and administrative management. Ensuring client details are up to date.
• Working closely with Sales, Customer Relationship Management and operation teams.
• Handling the enquires via website, emails and the telephone.
• Prepare weekly schedule for team and coordinating with other departments.
• Manage daily workflow.
• Assist to the accounting department to get the accurate monthly billing.
• Prepare the necessary documents, permit and clearances.
• Assist on client’s requirements promptly and accurately.
• Make appointment for safety meeting when necessary.
• Scheduling, Filing, handling telephone calls, trace correspondence.
• Handling negative feedback and complaints.

Job Requirements

5 years’ work experience mandatory

Skill Requirement
• Language - fluent in both spoken and written Myanmar and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Microsoft Excel proficiency is mandatory.
• Handling pressure and multitasking.
• Excellent mental arithmetic.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player.
• Good spatial awareness and sense of direction.
• Good geographical knowledge of Yangon.
• Enthusiasm and a desire to learn.
• Ability to touch type.
