• Creating and managing a portfolio of continuous innovation alongside the Bonchon Myanmar / Urban Kitchen strategy to drive sales and promotes the brand(s).• Working with other company teams and leadership in order to turn marketing ideas into executable plans.• Daily accountability for marketing project leadership and direction.• Active round-the-clock management of all brand-linked accounts/platforms including social media• Shapes the marketing strategy for core Bonchon Myanmar values – Korean, Flavor, and Value. The strategies will define how your initiatives will deliver growth, supported at the restaurant level.• Collaborates with other teams on short, medium, and long-term marketing strategies.• Creates new concepts and platforms which both directly drives, and enables other teams to drive, new consumers into Bonchon Myanmar.• Integrates multiple sources of data to articulate the strategy behind prescribed marketing initiatives and to align with leadership on the rationale behind such programs.• Collaborates with teams on in-store platforms such as menu boards, signage, packaging, etc.
• Education: diploma or certificate in Marketing, Marketing Research, or related subjects with career aspirations on the food & beverage, consumer, and/or retail sides of marketing. • Working Experience: 2-3 years+ in marketing or related field (restaurant, foodservice, retail, or consumer goods sectors are preferred).• English fluency is required as you will be working closely with expatriates/foreigners.• Ability to work closely with a small cross-functional team in an entrepreneurial environment using sales and other data to influence decision-making and future-planning• A deep understanding and experience of how to connect with customers to build empathy and rapport with them – this may involve timely interactions on social media and other platforms, and gaining insights from these interactions
