1. ROLE
a) Responsible for analysis and measurement of effectiveness for all brand & sales related programs and activities.
b) Supervise and provide ways to improve the performance and measurement of SFE and Availability Visibility Activation (AVA) Manager and their work
c) Responsible for provide analytical recommendation based on market facts and research data to improve business operations

2. WORK CONDITION
Travelling in the country is required to understand trade customers and end consumer’s insight in different regions. On premises and off premises market visit is part of the job to understand the environment and consumers.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure prompt and accurate data and information collection.

3. JOB DESCRIPTION

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

a. KEY RESULT AREAS
1. Provide analytical recommendation from sales data, marketing program results, Brand Ambassadors activities results for improving operation effectiveness
2. Provide analytical recommendation based on data from Brand Health Tracker (BHT), Retail Audit and any other research.
3. Provide systematic approach to collect and analysis competitive and market information and provide recommendations for sales and marketing team

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead and provide data and trend to steer the brand health and insight for brand development.
2. Work with HOM and Marketing Managers to understand objectives/KPI/ROI for all brand programs and activities and provide ways to measure effectiveness and refine for improvement
3. Manage the work for the SFE Manager to improve on effectiveness and find ways to refine for improvement
4. Manage the work for AVA Manager to ensure accurate measure of AVA of sales team’s performance
5. Provide macro market information to help identify the growth trend for business development
6. Work with the TMU team to provide performance measure for all Promoter Girls and recommend ways to improve ROI
7. Work with Outdoor and visibility team to find ways to monitor effective our brand visibility in market
8. Work with Digital Manager to provide ways to measure BHT and ROI for consumer engagement programs

JOB REQUIREMENT
EDUCATION/ QUALIFICATIONS

1) University Graduate
2) Degree/Diploma in Business or Economics related field

SKILLS/ COMPETENCIES

1) 8 years+ Marketing and business analysis /development experience in Myanmar or overseas market
2) 5 years+ hands on MIS related work experience
3) Possess excellent spoken and written Myanmar and English language ability
4) Effective communications and presentation skill
5) Excellent analytical skill, able to turn numbers into ideas
6) Team Management-Able to motivate and drive achievement /success of the Organizational goals/ departmental goals/ individual goals
7) Coach and nurture team leaders and direct report staff
8) Willing to travel within the country
