- Manage and coordinate curricula with Myanmar Studies Teachers that complies with school requirements
- Manage and support Myanmar Studies Teachers and promote their professional development
- Present ongoing training sessions or set up continuing education program and course for Myanmar Studies Teachers
- Be able to teach mixed culture and ability classes using a variety of styles to create appropriate learning opportunities for all students.
- May teach some of the classes or she may fill in for teachers where there is no substitute available
- To implement Elementary/Secondary School policies and plans in Myanmar Language / Studies
- To participate in the design, development, implementation and review of the Myanmar/Language Studies curriculum and schemes of work in the Elementary/ Secondary School

Job Requirements

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Possess an excellent knowledge of the school's Myanmar Studies curriculum in the Elementary/ Secondary School
- Be able to communicate fluently in English and possess the necessary English language skills to write reports.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational , problems solving and time management skills
- Maintain a professional appearance , attitude and work ethic at all times
