Position - National Sales Manager
Report to - Managing Director / Business Development Director
Geographic Location - Yangon

Accountability and Objectives
 Driving the Country Business across all Channels
 Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales Budgets for regions and territories
 Developing High Performing Sales Organization

Key Responsibilities
 Responsible for Managing the sales team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, expense controls & meeting planned targets
 Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan, specifically focusing on realistic forecasts for each product and territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort) , realistic costs of operating the sales force
 Responsible for Business results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counselling & skills development
 Manage the sales administration- operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems
