- Managing and controlling day to day operations of all sales divisions.
- Manage all sales related activities covering setting and strictly monitoring of sales targets and ensures accurate delivery of products in all sales channels.
- Management all sales divisions and set their objectives by furnishing performance and feedback to Operations Director.
- Liaise with merchandizing, inventory, import & export and other supporting teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure proper implementations of management instructions.
- Lead and inspire large teams of people across all functions of the operation.

Job Requirements

Qualification & Experience

 Graduate and more preferable MBA (or) Business Management.
 An experienced manager with a background in distribution.
 More than 3 years working experience in FMCG industry.
 25 - 35 years old.
 Excellent English communication skill.
 Excellent reporting skill.
 Proficient computer skill.
 Strong knowledge in customer service
 Strong knowledge in marketing analysis
 Strong knowledge in procurement and Food products.
 Ability to really engage and enthuse a diverse team in a time-constrained environment.
