• Sales & Marketing Experience, Operation Management, functions and financial metrics for the retail
• Salary up to 1,500,000 MMK plus other allowances

The Role

• Responsible for annual sales and marketing plan
• Planning the operation, monitors all the appropriate business metrics and financial metrics
• Manages, develops and motivates employees: completes, and monitors work plans and individual development plans

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in FMCG or F&B industry and over 3 years in management level.
• The position will be based at Magway, Myanmar (Prefer the local candidates)
• Must have technical knowledge
