Job Description:

SEA CARGO EXPORT

- Create job files and issue reconciliation sheet after shipment completion
- Promptly communicate, provide information clearly to customer without any further request
- Check quality and accuracy of works to meet company standard and objectives
- Pay special attention to Sales, Key Accounts and follow Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to meet customers / agents requirements
- Follow up and handle shipments for smooth operation as per customer/sales and CPL overseas agent instruction from A-Z
- Co-ordinate with customer/carrier/supplier and related department for export process and Handle shipments as per sales/customer and overseas agent instruction
- Take personal responsibilities for solving problem, To follows up request and / or problems that customer’s experience
- Provide additional services beyond the call of duties
- Complete Billing to customer, overseas agent & all vendors

SEA CARGO IMPORT

- Create job files and issue reconciliation sheet after shipment completion
- Co-ordinate with sales/customer/ and overseas agent & Key account for obtaining shipment instruction and follow the SOP requirements
- Co-ordinate with customer/carrier/supplier and related department for import process
- Follow up order with CPL overseas, Agent and keep customer informed of the cargo movement
- Handle all relevant import documents.(Arrival Notice, D/O, Freight invoice, POD etc)
- Take personal responsibilities for solving problem, To follows up request and / or problems that customer’s experience
- Check quality and accuracy of works to meet company standard and objectives
- Recheck debit/credit from overseas & complete Billing to customer, overseas agent & all vendors
- Provide additional services beyond the call of duties


AIR CARGO EXPORT

- Process booking arrangement as per Sales team/Operations/Rate Center / Key Account’s request
- Handle Export shipment as per sales/customer and overseas agent instruction
- Generate all relevant Export documents.(AWB, Manifest, Freight invoice etc.)
- Review profit & loss for each job and monitor Export team to close job on time
- Support Airfreight Operations or as assigned by Manager

AIR CARGO IMPORT

- Create job files and issue reconciliation sheet after shipment completion
- Co-ordinate with sales/customer/ and overseas agent for obtaining shipment instruction
- Co-ordinate with customer/carrier/supplier and related department for import process
- Handle import shipment as per sales/customer and overseas agent instruction
- Handle all relevant import documents.(Pre-alert, D/O, Freight invoice etc.)
- Arrange inquiry report and record for evaluation
- Recheck cost and follow up expense and payment to carrier/supplier/sub-contractors/overseas agent
- Review profit & lost for each job and close job on time
- Arrange shipment report/POD as requested by sales/customer and overseas agent or as assigned by Manager

Qualification:
- Strong Customer Service mind
- Result oriented and strong in following up
- Self-confident with positive attitude
- Strong Negotiation skills
- Convincing presentation skills in Thai is required and in English is a plus.
- Dynamic, structured, flexible and ambitious
- Self-Motivating
- Able to work under pressure

Special Knowledge:

- Freight forwarding industry
- Basic computer knowledge / skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- AS400 & FM3000 know-how in related functions.
- S.P.O.T. know-how and ability to demonstrate internally / externally
- Fluent in English language

Minimum Education:

- Bachelor degree with at least 1-3 years in freight forwarder company
