Looking for a competent and inspired in creation of various desserts, Pastry Chef.

Attention: The applicant must be Myanmar Citizen.

Responsibilities
- Prepare a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread etc. following traditional and modern recipes
- Create new and exciting desserts to renew our menus and engage the interest of customers
- Monitor stocks for baking ingredients such as flour, sugar etc. and make appropriate orders within budget
- Check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking
- Be familiar with local requirements and sanitation regulations
- Provide leadership, training and supervision on all production in his kitchen and oversees the quality as well as timely distribution of the food product served

Job Requirements

- Bachelor Degree or High School Diploma with vocational training certificate
- Must have at least (5) year experience in pastry field
- More prefer experience in preparing Myanmar traditional desserts
- Organizing and leadership skills
- Willingness to replenish professional knowledge
- Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations
- Knowledge of food cost controls
