Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

- Input the increment data into the system
- Prepare for all BU manual salary and bank process
- Updating payroll process SOP and FPD
- BU/BR visit to payroll activities
- Salary package and distribution to manual employee and salary slip distribution (BU/BR and Div)
- Make monthly data controlling baby birth , compassionate and marriage process
- Participating in department meeting
- Overview BU/BR HR system master data
- Coach and train to subordinates
- Make and support monthly KPI
- Preparing salary report for (BU, BR and division)

Job Requirements

- Any graduate (more preferred diploma or certificate of human resource management)
- At least (3) years experience in related fields
- Good communication , Team work
- Good interpersonal skills
- Negotiate about employee's complaints (BU,BR and Div)
