Aim of the position

Balance demand and supply in terms of volume, revenues, costs and margin. Organize, manage and optimize (part of) the S&OP hub processes.

A well-defined strategy is translated into a set of KPI’s describing the portfolio of projects. Portfolio management processes are defined, documented, managed, periodically executed and continuously monitored.

Result areas


• Consolidate sales forecast from various channels (GT direct, wholesales, MT) into aggregate demand, then translate demand into supply need and finished goods ordering plan to be sent to supplying OpCos

• Analyse sales trends, identify demand drivers, prepare forecast data and evaluate forecast result aiming at improving sales forecast

• Coordinate with supplying OpCos, importers on all operational matters regarding deliveries of products to ensure on time in full (OTIF) of deliveries

• Follow up the fulfilment of import shipments and take measures to adjust plans when necessary to maintain optimal inventory level and ensure sufficient product availability for sales

• Control and report inventory level at importers and distributors, manages slow moving and obsolete stock to minimize write-off cost of finished goods at FCM as well as raw and packaging materials at supplying OpCos

• Act as central coordinator for new product development projects and support FDA registration process

• Act as linking pin between commercial side and supply side

• Lead and/or participate in assigned (supply chain, cross functional) projects, within the project management guidelines (e.g. NPI, NPD, Change controls, improvement) in-and outside the hub

• Keep track of project and portfolio schedules and inter-dependencies. Supports management team in defining the portfolio roadmap

• Initiate, lead and/or participate in assigned (supply chain, cross functional) projects, within the project management guidelines

• Keep track of supply chain projects and portfolio schedules and inter-dependencies.
